In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Alan Rozanski, an internationally recognized cardiologist, researcher, and educator. I absolutely loved this conversation. Dr. Rozanski has connected the dots between our emotional health, stress levels, sense of purpose, and physical well-being.

He shares the six domains of health and vitality and breaks each one down in a way that feels practical, inspiring, and easy to understand. We talk about how his work first began in practice with his own patients, when he saw firsthand how stress, depression, and lack of purpose could deeply affect physical health especially heart health.

I loved how he shared not only the research and studies behind this, but also real-life examples and actionable tools we can use in our own lives. This episode is such an important reminder that health is not just about diet and exercise. Our mindset, relationships, purpose, stress, and emotional well-being all play such a huge role in how we feel and function.
