Avi Greene is a coach, trainer & healthy gourmet meal prep chef with a passion & purpose of empowering people to enjoy “whole person health” through nutrition, fitness & mindset.
We had a great conversation about her journey to health and re-prioritizing herself after having kids, mom guilt and how our mindset can make or break our health journey.
For the past 10 years, she has been working with people of all ages and levels of health, but her fire is especially lit for helping fellow moms. As a mother of 3, she is very connected to all the obstacles and challenges that mothers face in raising healthy and happy humans while making sure to give enough back to herself. Part of her mission is to educate and empower mothers to put themselves back on the list of important people to take care of. In so doing, the entire family and community are benefitted. Her book, “A Plate of Self Care- Heal Your Relationship with Your Body & Food Today” hit Amazon #1 Best Seller, when it was released late 2022.
7 years ago, she started a healthy gourmet meal prep business. She cooks & delivers “healthy comfort food” made with farmer’s market produce, organic & wild proteins, gluten-free grains, homemade sauces, dressings, condiments, and organic chicken bone broth. Feeding local Orange County Family’s is her labor of love. Most recently, she has launched “Farmer’s Market in a Jar” juice cleanses- all made from fresh Farmers Market Produce!
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Fitness Chef, she’s got the knowledge to lead her people to success. Teaching and leading her tribe is not only helping moms take back their day, it’s allowing them to show their children how to love and value themselves.
