Are you ever stressed about not having enough time? Or that you just can't get enough done in the day? Well me too and this is why I am so excited to share this solo episode all about time management! I say in the episode the way we think about time and the way we go about our day is going to make a big difference in our day to day stress levels. I think this is such a wellness topic and something that has been  historically very stressful for me!

Never feeling like you have enough time is such a common experience so I had to share five ways I have made a major shift in this area of my life for the better! Especially after becoming a mom I need to take a different perspective on this and it has changed so much for me.
